Happy Movember!!

Seen a few more mustaches than usual lately? Well that’s because there are a whole lot of brave men out there growing out their stashes this month in order to spread awareness and raise money for the research and treatment of prostate cancer. My husband is one of them, and although I cringe at the sight of his somewhat sparse mustache (his brother’s is worse!) I am not alone, as there are many other wives and girlfriends in the same position!! Not to knock anyone who has a well-established mustache…you must realize that the early phases of mustache-dom prove to be fairly unappealing! Hence these participants in the month-long marathon of facial hair growth are very much lacking the fully-formed look that one would desire in a mustache :)

Either way, a very cool way to spread awareness and get men talking about their health!! For more info see the Movember Canada website.
