Sunday was very cool and windy, but that didn’t stop our enagement session plans! Karen and Yuma originally became engaged at a castle in Scotland, and since that location was an impossibility, we chose some more rustic, local spots to play around in. First we headed to Grant’s Old Mill (very sentimental for me as I used to play there all the time as a little girl!), then to Starbucks for a quick warm-up, after which we went to St. Boniface for a jaunt at the Cathedral ruins. On the way home, we just had to stop by some old airplanes for Yuma! And I’m so glad we did!
Karen and Yuma are super fun and playful, and very easy to work with, making the session a blast and so fun despite the chill!
I had too many faves I couldn’t blog them all! So here are just a few of the shots I love from that day!

Yuma making funny faces :)

Karen you are so pretty!

Me in action! Thankyou to my lovely second shooter Laura who came out to practice and grabbed this shot :) Yup, I’m wearing rain boots and a touque!
