Nghia Tran Workflow Seminar

Last night I picked up my pal Tracey Kiansky and we headed down to St. Boniface to attend Nghia Tran‘s first seminar on workflow. I loved that it was small and intimate – 10 attendees – so everybody had a chance to ask questions, and I think we all snagged Nghia for a few minutes afterwards to pick his brain! Nghia knows how to throw a seminar – refreshments were superb (beer, wine, cupcakes from The Cupcake Corner), his instruction was clear, and overall, he is such a friendly and approachable person. Despite his amazing work, level of experience and expertise, you will never feel inferior talking to Nghia, he’s just that fabulous and down-to-earth :) And he has a good sense of humour, as you will see below :):):)

I truly believe we can all learn something from each other, whether you are like me and just beginning the journey into the wedding photography business, or have 10 years behind you. It is so valuable to have other photographer friends and networking is so important! So I truly hope there are more Winnipeg seminars to come!

Nghia doin’ his thing and talking about workflow!

Chillin’ out with Jon Adaskin and Ian McCausland

During the Q & A sesh, my question was “would you wear that boa over there?” to which his reply was: “which one?” me: “the pink one of course.” lol.

Yummy cupcakes from The Cupcake Corner

Nghia content with his wine and his gear :)

Great seminar Nghia! I hope there will be more to come!
