One of my grooms for this coming fall, Ian, was prepping for the Provincial Bodybuilding Competition, which was held this past Saturday. So last week, while he was in prime shape and ready to compete, we headed to the Exchange (with his lovely bride-to-be Erin there for support) for some gritty images to show off his hard work! Yup, he looked pretty darn good! And a big congrats to him for winning 2nd place in the Men’s Middleweight category! Awesome job my friend!
