Heather & Sid – Married! August 14, 2010 – Winnipeg Wedding Photography

I absolutely loved this wedding for so many reasons! Firstly, Heather and Sid are amazing to work with and too cute for words (k, that’s two things). Secondly, despite the rain and gale force winds and the fact that the girls had JUST had their hair done, the couple and their superfun wedding party had no complaints or objections to standing out in the middle of the prairies on a dirt road for pics. And they did it with smiles and laughter and I am positive that the ladies were FROZEN. And of course, the colours. They were just yummy (the dresses are my favourite colour) and I would SO wear that dress again…(good choice Heather!). And lastly, it was just so much fun, full of love and laughs and good times.

Heather and Sid you have some amazing family and friends and you are so lucky to have each other, you two are so beautiful together :)

Please check out some of my favourite images below, and there is even more in their slideshow!

Heather you are so cute :)

My awesome second shooter for the day, Shannon, snapped this pic below and I LOVE it.

Please note the intensity of the wind in the next set! These guys are troopers lol

I love the father-daughter dance, at every wedding it makes me cry!

Congrats again!

Daniéle & Colin Photobooth Guestbook!

A few weeks ago, my husband and I got to go to a wedding as GUESTS :) and it was super special because it was family. Daniéle is Gavin’s cousin, so all of our family on Gavin’s side was there and what a fun night it was! Daniéle and Colin decided to do a photobooth in lieu of a traditional guestbook, which was super cool because guests could leave a nice message for the couple in the booth and/or get all silly and rowdy in the booth as well :) There was definitely a combination of the two!

It was such a beautiful wedding and I always enjoy seeing family, and now you will get to see them in all their crazy glory, haha! Oh I wish I didn’t have to go home early! Gavin, why’d you have to get sick that day, why?

Congrats Daniéle & Colin!

Yup…..that’s my father in law with no shirt on, LOL!

And this is my bro-in-law Ross, being slightly inappropriate :)

Robyn & Jason – Photobooth Awesomeness :)

More of Robyn and Jason’s wedding! Here are some pics from the photobooth at the reception. Enjoy!

Good times!

Robyn & Jason – Married! August 7, 2010

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing Robyn & Jason’s beautiful Breezy Bend wedding. It was a perfectly beautiful and sunny day, with lots of laughs and tears (thanks to Robyn’s speech there wasn’t a dry eye in the house), and of course, happiness :) There are so many reasons why these two are perfect for each other, and I hope that I captured this in my images.

Robyn and Jason, I truly enjoyed getting to know you and I am so grateful to have been a part of your wedding day!

Some of my favourite images are posted below, and to see more and watch the story unfold, please check out the slideshow below :)

Photobooth pics will follow shortly!

Congrats again!

Well actually, they have been engaged for a while :) In fact, their wedding is TODAY! Two days ago we headed out to do their engagement session, and the weather was absolutely perfect. Only a few mosquitoes this time :) In about an hour I will be heading out the door to shoot the wedding! Looking forward to it!

Here are a few faves, will see you guys very soon!

I am so excited for today, you guys are awesome :)
